On the Road!

After seeing the benefits of a little automation, Cindy’s Bits and Pieces has been on the road this winter enjoying tasting events and looking for new ways to cultivate and sustain quality productivity via equipment, labeling, etc. Our challenges are space, electrical capacity and efficiency.

We were thankful to The Hansen Group for the invitation to visit their Test Kitchen in Deluth, Georgia. The warehouse is full of all kinds of kitchen equipment, some standard and other options we’d never imagined. The most delightful and surprising find was the introduction to Chef Danny. It isn’t often you find someone so interested in your story and willing to envision the challenges ahead. We are grateful that we get to continue working with him. It is obvious he loves his job! Danny says “After working in professional kitchens for 25 years, with a focus being in private country clubs, I have been able to take my skills and craft and redirect it out of the kitchens and into the world of helping people find the right equipment to suit the operation. My background helps bring insight and direction to those that are looking to improve their businesses.”
